Westpac will be performing planned maintenance that will affect Westpac Open Banking services.
This maintenance is essential to ensure the continued reliability and security of their services. During the maintenance window, the notifications for decoupled payment flow will be unavailable. Users will still be able to navigate to their consent management screen to approve their payment initiation requests.
When notifications are not being received, the customer can still approve a payment: In Westpac One, under Profile select "Third-party access". The pending consent should be available for review.
